The Science: 

Overnight, your body deposits toxins and bacteria into your mouth. Gross, sure, but we see this as a golden opportunity. The Effort:

First thing in the morning, grab a spoonful of Magic Mouth and swish for anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes. Don’t overthink it--you can’t do it wrong, but the longer you swish, the more effective the process will be. Walk the dog, check your social media, do a few stretches, and keep swishing. Don’t swallow...that will just nullify what you’re trying to accomplish here. When you’re done, spit into the garbage (oil may solidify in your pipes, so it’s best to avoid the sink).
